1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AskJenkins ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

AskJenkins is an AI-powered gaming assistant that provides personalized advice for World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Classic. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate recommendations based on your questions and, optionally, your imported character data.

The Service provides AI-generated suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any gaming advice provided. Game mechanics and meta strategies change frequently, and AI responses may contain errors.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Battle.net Integration

The Service allows you to import character data from Blizzard's Battle.net API using OAuth 2.0 authorization. By connecting your Battle.net account:

• You authorize us to access your public character profile data (name, class, gear, etc.)
• Your character data is used solely to provide personalized AI advice within your private session
• Your character data is not displayed publicly or shared with other users
• Character data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days per Blizzard API Terms of Use
• You can disconnect your Battle.net account and delete imported data at any time

Your use of Battle.net data through our Service is also subject to Blizzard's Developer API Terms of Use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
• Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content through the chat system
• Use the Service to promote cheating, hacking, or exploits in World of Warcraft
• Impersonate other users or Blizzard Entertainment employees
• Resell or redistribute AI responses commercially

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All gaming advice provided by AskJenkins is AI-generated and should be treated as suggestions, not authoritative guidance.

• AI responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
• We use Google Search grounding to improve accuracy, but do not guarantee real-time correctness
• Game data, talent builds, and strategies may change with patches and updates
• You should verify important decisions (e.g., enchanting expensive gear) through official or community-verified sources
• We are not responsible for any in-game losses resulting from following AI advice

7. Intellectual Property

The AskJenkins service, including its code, design, and branding, is our intellectual property. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use and may not be commercially redistributed.

World of Warcraft, Warcraft, Battle.net, and related game content, names, and imagery are trademarks and copyrights of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. AskJenkins is a third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Blizzard Entertainment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskJenkins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or gaming progress
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccurate AI-generated advice
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy Settings panel. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed after a 7-day grace period, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the country where the data controller is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
